2. What Data We Collect

When you purchase a service:

• Name and email address
• Payment information (processed by Gumroad; we do not store card details)
• Business information provided in the booking form at checkout (deck link, raise stage, funding target, meeting date, investor feedback)
• Your pitch deck and associated business documents submitted for diagnostic purposes

When you visit the website:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit)
• No tracking cookies are placed without your consent

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• To deliver the services you have purchased (the Pitch Vitals Check, Full Pitch Surgery)
• To communicate with you about your engagement
• To send your diagnostic report and any related deliverables
• To comply with our legal obligations

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Your Pitch Deck and Business Documents

Documents submitted for diagnostic purposes are used solely to perform the requested analysis. They are:

• Reviewed only by Raymond Eckstein
• Not shared with any third party for their own purposes. We use carefully selected service providers to process materials, under confidentiality, and not for training models.
• Retained only for the duration necessary to deliver the service and for a maximum of 12 months thereafter
• Treated as confidential commercial information

5. Payment Processing: Gumroad

Payment is processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as merchant of record. Gumroad collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at gumroad.com/privacy. From Gumroad we receive your name, email address and the answers you give in the booking form, and we use them only to deliver your service and to contact you about it. We receive only confirmation of payment and the information necessary to deliver your service. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
